Avi Lev Louis, a retired Foreign Ministry officer, has 25 years of diplomatic experience in Israel’s embassies in the Czech Republic, Canada, Ireland, and Albania. Avi was Israel’s deputy ambassador to Albania, and he was highly important in establishing the two countries’ diplomatic relationship. Avi holds a master’s degree in public policy from Tel Aviv University. Avi supports Israeli businessmen operating in Albania and other Balkan nations, as well as Balkan corporations and businesses seeking to enter the Israeli market.
