Sales Development Representative (SDR)
you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our organization by generating new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify leads and initiate contact with prospects to create a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. This role serves as a bridge between our marketing and sales teams, contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Generation: Conduct research and prospecting activities to identify potential customers within target markets and industries. Utilize various sources such as social media, online directories, industry databases, and lead generation tools to gather relevant information.
- Qualification: Evaluate leads and prospects based on predetermined criteria to determine their potential as qualified sales opportunities. Use effective questioning and active listening techniques to understand their needs, pain points, and purchasing authority.
- Outreach and Communication: Engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication platforms.
- Deliver compelling messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services and generate interest.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers by providing relevant and valuable information, addressing their inquiries, and offering solutions to their challenges. Nurture leads and qualify them for handoff to the sales team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on target audiences, messaging strategies, and campaign effectiveness. Provide valuable feedback on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
- CRM Management: Accurately and timely document all interactions and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Keep records up-to-date to provide comprehensive and accurate reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales pipeline progression.
What you’ll need:
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Pre-Sales Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be working closely with customer teams, conducting product demonstrations, and creating compelling customer case studies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales success by showcasing the value and capabilities of our products to potential customers.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and requirements, and align product demonstrations and case studies accordingly.
- Build strong relationships with customer teams, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert to understand their pain points, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customer teams, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of our products.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement or customization, and relay this information to the product development team.
- Create compelling and persuasive customer case studies that highlight successful product implementations and their impact on customer organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant customer data, success metrics, and testimonials to support case study development.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure case studies are optimized for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and sales collateral.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to provide relevant insights during customer engagements.
- Assist the sales team in proposal creation, RFQ and RFP responses, and technical documentation preparation.
What you’ll need:
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or customer-facing role.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems and “speak the language” of engineering and information technology.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with customer teams, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in creating compelling customer case studies or success stories is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing customer requirements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Support representative
What you’ll do:
- Managing and resolving software queries via multiple sources to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Escalating complex issues to Analyst team and/or Software Support Manager when appropriate, to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identifying customer training needs, and organise training sessions, to improve customer software knowledge.
- Where necessary, facilitating introductions to assigned Customer Care Partner/Account Executive to maximise customer engagement
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of internal systems and able to fully document progress, with a view to improve processes for the SSR team.
- Identifying potential customer references and success stories through relationship building, to help promote The Group’s software.
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of all The Group’s products, with a view to sharing knowledge in the team.
What you’ll need:
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Fully conversant in aspects of learning , training and in The Group’s domain, products and services
- Working knowledge of database principles, such as SQL is an advantage
